After slurping down a bowl of icy fresh watermelon at last weekend's Carytown Watermelon Festival, we happened upon a little tub of ducks. "Every duck wins a prize!" they said. Fifty cents later my son walked away with a princess sparkly star headband...which he wore the rest of the day! Today the novelty has worn off and the sparkly stars have been unceremoniously ripped off and have been replaced by bobbing mummy heads. It just goes to show that guys really do love their mummies!
