One of the wonderful, though perhaps bizarre, things about drawing classes is that you get to use skeletons and various bones as your subject matter. Love it! Bones create great lines and forms on the page. For today's sketch, I was told to scribble out all of the negative space, leaving the positive area - the rib cage - as the remaining area. I wasn't allowed to draw any particular outline or shape...I just had to scribble. It was like being five again! And overall, I think my few minutes of scribbling turned out pretty well!
